Silsiley toor gaya sabhi wo jatey jatey
warna itney to marasim they k atey jate
Shigwaey zulmat e shab ka kia kareyn hum
apney hissey ki koi shama to jalate jatey
Kitna aasan tha taire hijr mai marna jana
phir bhi ek umer lagi jaan se jate jate
Jashn e maqtal hi na barpa howa warna hum bhi
pajola hi sahi nachte gatey jatey
Us ki wo janey usey pas e wafa tha k na tha
tum Faraz apni taraf se to nibhate jate
