tazah tazah khayal bunte hen
hum ghazal bhi kamal bunte hen

bhig jati hen khod ba khod palken
jab bhi tera khayal bunte hen

sans ki dor to hilata hai
aur hum mah o saal bunte hen

zikar tera phir a nikalta hai
jab bhi koi misal bunte hen

apne mazi ko samne rakh kar
ao sub mil kay haal bunte hen
