shayad us ne mujh ko tunha dekh lia hai
dukh ne mere ghar ka rasta dekh lia hai

apne aap se aankh churaey phirti hoon men
aine men kis ka chehrah dekh lia hai

ab bhi sapne boey to eman hai us ka
us ne in ankhon men sehra dekh lia hai

us ne mujhe darasal kabhi chaha hi nahi tha
khud ko de kar ye bhi dhoka dekh lia hai

us se milte waqt ka rona kuch fitri tha
us se bichar jane ka nateeja dekh lia hai

rukhsat kerne kay adab nibhane hi the
band ankhon se us ko jata dekh lia hai
