waqt kay sath anasir bhi rahe sazish men
jal gaey pair kabhi dhoop kabhi barish men

wo to ek sada o kam shoq ka talib nikla
hum ne na haq hi gawaya use araish men

zindagi ki koi mehroomi nahi yad aai
jab talak hum the tere qurb ki asaish men

aek dunia ka qaseeda tha agarcha mere naam
lutf ata tha kisi shaks ki fahmaish men

us ki aankhen bhi meri terhan se girvi kahin aur
khuwab ka qarz barha jata hay ek khuwahish men
