Chicken Sandwich



.Ingredients :

4 slices wholemeal bread of choice
1 sauted chicken breast
4 gherkins ( pickled cucumbers available on all grocery shops)
4 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons mustard
2 lettuce leaves
4 slices tomato

Recipe :

Slice chicken breast in half, arrange each half on a slice of bread
Add a gherkin.
Drizzle each one with two tablespoons oliveoil and a tablespoon mustard.
Add a lettuce leaf and two slices tomato
Close the sandwiches and dig in!
