How to forget someone who hurt you so much?

i have been suffering for two months by depression. The story begins when I had a friend whom i treated him like my evrything, like my G/F like my best buddy... for more than one year we have been together, he finally confessed that he never treated me like his best of friends or close friends.

That was when we argue about rejecting me in her facebook list and her reason was "i dont use f/book its for my family n for my close friends, but youre on my multiply and msn so maybe youre happy with that, right". I really felt bad, so its like we're not close?

then the second situation was when i asked him some sorta personal questions, but she answered me back like ,"What's this? why would i tell it to you are we close?"

And i was like my world fell down..like wow! i cried smilingly ... i knew she gave stupid reasoning because she thought I was stupid. In the first place, i was not stupid..i was just patience because i didnt want to argue with him...

I dont know how you feel but In my case , this took me less than 1 years before i recovered from depression.. you know, even she's like that, im still hoping that she still be close..bbut hopeless..

I wanna move on.. but how? she is still stucked in my head and
i still have the feeling of wanting her to call hher or connection.. but i know this would end up in hurting myself..it really hurts and i almost couldn't take it.

this year 2010, i want to cut him out of my life! forget her forever... but how?i know i cant bcoz love is for foreva.. i cant forget you
