NAZAR mial ke dakh, mat jhuka AANKHEN
barha rahi hain nigahon ka hosla AANKHEN

Jo dil main aks hai, AANKHON se bhee woh jalke ga
dil aaina hai, magar dil ka aaina AANKHEN

Woh ik sitara tha, na jane kahan gira ho ga
Khila main dhoond rahi hain na jane kaya AANKHEN

Tabahiyon ka kisi ne agar sabab poocha
Zuban-e-haal ne be sakhta kahan AANKHEN

yai us ka tarz-e-takhatub bhee khoob hai Mohsin
Ruka ruka sa tabassum, khafa khafa AANKHEN

Ansoo ki keemat wo jaante hai,
Jo kisi ko yaad karte hain,
Dil ke gum wo jaante hain,
Jo kisi ko chahte hai,
Dost ke dard ko wo jaante hain,
Jo use DIl se dost maante hain.
