Tum ne dil kii baat kah dii aaj ye achaa huaa
ham tumhein apanaa samajhate the baDaa dhokhaa huaa

jab bhii ham ne kuchh kahaa us kaa asar ulTaa huaa
aap shaayad bhuulate hain baarahaa aisaa huaa

aap kii aaNkhon mein ye aaNsuu kahaaN se aa gaye
ham to diivaane hain lekin aap ko ye kyaa huaa

ab kisii se kyaa kahein apanii daastaaN
bas Khudaa kaa shukr hai jo bhii huaa achchhaa huaa........
