Tadapte iss dil ka fasaana baaki hai
Zamane ko haal-e-dil sunana baaki hai
Bikhre hai sur par tarana baaki hai
Nagma-e-dil gungunana baaki hai
Ujdi hi sahi aashiyana baaki hai
Jaha par khushiyon ka aana baaki hai
Badnaseebi ki lakir mitana baaki hai
Har dua mei manga unhe haath uthana baaki hai
Abhi unke dil ko aazmaana baaki hai
Denge kya vo naye zakham batana baaki hai
Tute sapnon ko aasuvon mei chupana baaki hai
Rone ko ab bhi kayi bahana baaki hai
Arse se royi hai ankhen muskurana baaki hai
Mit chuka wajud mera sirf jism dafnana baaki hai
