can any body help me how can i lose my weight?
I m bit fatty now days
mera paittoo tora sa baher agaya hai
and i m very worried bcz mera 7 kg weight bhaarh gaya hai
soo can any one tell me how to lose it
i know how to lose
lakin mujhe zara asaan thareeqa chaheyea thats y thread banaya hai
