Jab talak zinda hain Ankhon ke Furdah Taqche
Neelgon honthon se phute gi sadaa ki Raushni
Jism ki girti hoi deewar ko thaame huye
Mom ke bout aatishin chehre sulagti murti
Meri beenayi ki ye Makhlooq Zinda hai abhi

Aur kuchh Lamhe thehar....E Zindigi....E Zindigi

Ho to jane de mere lafzon ke maani se tahii
meri tehreeren, Dhuyen ki rengti parchhayiyan
Jinke paikar apni awazon se khali belahu!
Mehav ho jane to de yaadon se khwabon ki tarha
Ruk to jayen aakhri sanson ki wehshi Andhiyaan
Phir hata lena mere maathey se tu apna haath
Mai bhi chup ho jaunga bujhti hoi shamo ke saath
