Mai chup raha keh zeher yehi mujh ko raas tha
Wo sang-e-lafz phaink kar kitna udaas tha

Aksar meri qaba pay hansi aa gai jissay
Kal mill gaya toh wo bhi dareeda libaas tha

Mai dhoondhta tha door khalaaon mai ek jism
Chehron ka ek hajoom meray aas paas tha

Tum khush they patharon ko khuda jaan kar magar
Mujh ko yaqeen hai wo tumhaara qayaas tha

Bakhsha hai jis nay rooh ko zakhmon ka perahan
*Mohsin* wo shakhs kitna tabiyat shanaas tha...
