Iss say ba-khuda koi shikayat bhe nahi hai
jo waqif aadaab-e-muhabbat bhe nahi hai

ek umer se khursheed k saaey main kharay hain
humko teray daamaa ki zarorat bhe nahi hai

pher bhe main zamanay ki nigahoun ka hadaf hon
sar par meray dastaar fazelat bhe nahi hai

acha hai k insan wafa se hai goraizan
es jins ki bazaar main qemat bhe nahi hai

keun jour musalsal pe hain khamoush zubanain
kia jura'at izhaar-e-haqeqat bhe nahi hai

es baat ko tasleem bhe karti nahi duniya
jis baat se inkaar ki jura'at bhe nahi hai
