Hum tum ko zarurat se zyada jo chah baithey
Teri yaad mein dil apna jo ganwaa bathey..!!

Yaqeen nahin hota abhi tak yeh khawab hai ya haqeeqat
Hum to teri aankhoon ka tara they kyun ab uktaa bathey..!!

Kehti thi tum main aata hoon roz-shab tere khawaboon mein khayaloon mein
Rakha sirf mehdood hamein khayaloon tak,haqeeqat mein kyun chupaa bathey..!!

Kabhi Naaz tha hum ko apne par, na deinge yeh dil
Dil to diya bhi lekin kahan, ek patthar dil se lagaa baithey..!!

Nahin bhool sakaa main tum ko her mumkin koshish ke baad bhi
Ab kaun aaye ga jab dil ke kamrey mein teri tasveer lagaa baithey..!!

Na tha hamein koi shak teri wafaaoon par jana
Na thi tu bewafaa,na hai bewafaa,phir kaun si ker hum khataa baithey..!!
