Shab Ke Sannate Mein Jab Toota Hua Dil Koi,
Dard Ka Geet Sunaye, To Mujhe Likh Dena!

Hath Phir Dekhna Apne Shab-E-Tanhaai Mein,
Uski Har Rekha Bulaye, To Mujhe Likh Dena!

Ay Meri Jaan-E-Jahaan Teri Wafa Ke Moti,
Bheegi Palkein Jo Lutayein, To Mujhe Likh Dena!

Koi Muh Zor Hawa Jab Hamari Ulfat Ki Yaad,
Dil Se Sare Naksh Mitaaye,To Mujhe Likh Dena!
