Tere jane se aisa asar hota hai
Dava leta hu to jahar hota hai

Tanhaiyon ka yun hai adami shikar
ke marne ke baad uska zikar hota hai

Dekhta hun tujhe, to lafz laraz jata hai
ya hosh mujhe sirf, thoda peekar hota hai?

Itne bhid me bhi agar sab tanha hai
to abadiyon se kya shahar hota hai?

Izhaar e muhabbat tumne kardiya hai
unko nahin kuch fark magar hota hai
