saans lenaa bhi kaisi aadat hai
jiiye jaanaa bhi kyaa ravaayat hai

koi aahaT nahin badan mainn kahin
koi saayaa nahin hai aakhoon main

paanv behis hain, chalate jaate hain
ik safar hai jo bahataa rahataa hai

kitane barasoon se, kitani sadiyoon se
jiye jaate hain, jiye jaate hain
