Tumhare gham se nisbat bhi buhat thi
Kay jeene ki yeh soorat bhi buhat thi

Shikast -e- dil to ik din lazmi thi
Humain us se muhabbat bhi buhat thi

Hui jo yun dar ba dar to yun kay mujh ko
Tumhare ghar ki chahat bhi buhat thi

Tha saman -e- safer bhi paas or kuch
Mujhe jaane ki ujlat bhi buhat thi

Wo lerki marr gayi kal raat aakhir
Usey kuch din se wehshat bhi buhat thi !!!
