Hadase kya kya tumhari berukhi se ho gaye
Sari duniya ke liye ham ajanabi se ho gaye

Gardish e dauran, zamane ki nazar, ankhon ki nind
Kitane dushman ek rasm e dosti se ho gaye

Kuch tumhari gesuon ki barahami ne kar diya
Kuch andhere mere ghar may raushani se ho gaye

Yun to ham agah the saiyad ki tadbir se
Ham asir e dam e gul apani Khudi se ho gaye

Har qadam "Sagar" nazar ane lagi hain manzilen
Marhale tay meri kuch awaragi se ho gaye
