apne aaghaz se ajj tak
zindage teri yadoomain gum rahi,
phir bhi jaane ehsass hai
jaise chaahat meri kam rahi,
karogai yaad ek din dosti k zamane ko,
chale jayn gay jis din wapas na ane ko,
cheerega zikar hamara koito,
chali jao ge tum tanhai mai ansoo bahane ko...
