Chehra mera tha ankhain os ki
Khamoshi may bhi wo batain os ki

Meray chehray pe gazal lekhti gain
Sher kehti hui ankhain os ki

Shokh lamhoon ka pata denay lagain
Tez huti hui sansain os ki

Esa mousam bhi guzara hum ne
Subha ne jab apnaii thi shamay os ki

Dheyan may os k yai alam tha kabhi
Ankh mehatab ki yaadain os ki

Faisla mauj e hava ne leikha
Andheya meri baharay os ki

Neend ise souch se tuti aksar
Kis terhaan katti hain raatain os ki

Dur reh ker bhi sada rahti hain
Mujh ko thamay bahain os ki
