zindagii ke marahil maiN
had darja masaail maiN
kisi ko kuch nahi hotaa
aik tarf masjidouN maiN ebaadaat hoti haiN
ek tarf insanyat ki tazleel hoti he
ek tarf kala dhan he
sonay heeray jawhraat ke pujarii haiN
ek tarf mout sastii he
qomiat ke nam per lashaiN girate haiN
lashaiN uthatay haiN
fateH parhtay haiN
phirl bhool jatay haiN
marwanay wale ka sath dete haiN
na sonaa heery moti se
tum apna pait bher saktay ho
na tum en se zindagii khareed saktay ho
hamarii oqaat kiaa he
sirf ek gandum kaa dana he. -
