Ingredients:
Boiled Potatoes ½ kg
Mustard Seeds 2 tbsp
Red Chili Flakes 1 tbsp
Roasted Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Chopped Green Chilies 2
Chopped Green Coriander some
Lemons 2
Oil to fry
Flour as required
Soda Bi Carbonate 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Jaggery Syrup 1 tbsp
Method:
In a dish, take soda bi carbonate, jiggery syrup and salt. Mix it well and make a dough and keep it for some time till it rises.
Mash the boiled potatoes and add in mustard seeds, red Chili Flakes, Roasted White Cumin, Chopped Green Chilies and Chopped Green Coriander and Lemon Juice. Keep it for some time.
Grease your hands and take dough in your hand. Add in potato Mixture and cover the kachori with dough.
Deep fry them in the oil and serve them with raita and chutney.
