Ingredients:
Boiled Rice 1 cup
Boiled Chick peas 1 cup
Salad Leaves 1 cup
Carrot 1
Tomato 1
Onion 1
Cucumber 1
Green Coriander as required
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Butter 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat butter and fry rice till they are crispy. Take it out and add in white chickpeas. Take a bowl, add in carrots, tomatoes, onions, salad leaves and green coriander. Add in rice and chickpeas. Add in black pepper, salt and lemon toss it and serve.
