Raat aati thi magar raat na thi pehli si

Hum teri yaad se kal shub bhi miley the lakin
Yeh mulaaqaat, mulaaqaat na thi pehli si

Aankh kion lout gai, khouf se sehraoon ko
Kion ke is baar tou barsaat na thi pehli si

Ab ke kuch our tarah ki thi udaasi in mein
Chaand taaroon ki yeh baaraat na thi pehli si

Ishq ne pal mein badal di meri saari duniya
Main deekha ke meri zaat na thi pehli si
