 Ingredients
Bread slices 8 to 10 Green chilies 4 chopped Coriander leaves 2 to 3 tbsp Semolina 2 tbsp heaped Crushed red pepper 2 tsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Garlic paste ½ tsp Allspice 1 tsp Method Soak the bread slices in water for 1 minute and squeeze out the water between the palms of your hand, mix all ingredients in the bread and form into dough, divide the dough into 1 tbsp equal parts, flatten and fry, serve hot with chatni or ketchup.
