sab se pely karaly ko achi tara se wash ker lo us k bad us pieces mea cut ker lo .pir ek pain mea pani dal ker us mea suger add karo 1 kg pani or sugar ko mix karo karaly dal ker boil kar jab pani khtam ho jay tu us ko nikal k kana shuron nhi kerna bcoz
