According to the research, most of the women don’t know much about pregnancy related complications, and this is a major factor of miscarriage and other problems. Most of the women do not know about how much weight they will gain during pregnancy.
The majority of the women in the research told that they knew healthy intake was important, but very few knows that what is healthy for them during pregnancy. Women told that they don’t know the required amount of weight they should gain during the pregnancy.
Gaining too much weight or not sufficient, both are not good for the health of mother and baby. Research shows that two-thirds of Australian women did not gain sufficient weight during their pregnancy, while the other one-third gained too much weight during their prenatal period.
As the exercise is harmless, in fact it is good for the health of both mother and baby, but the women was also found to be poorly informed about exercise during pregnancy.
So it is very essential for every pregnant women to know about the issues she have to face during her pregnancy period. All the complications should be discussed before the pregnancy so women will be able to manage it easily.
