Barhtay rahay gaye faslay inn pathro'n k shehar mai
Ghat'tay rahay gaye walwalay inn pathron k shehar mai
kehtay hain Dill hai Aaiyna ' kuch Aaiynay pathar bhi hain
kab tak bachay gaye Aainay inn pathron k shehar mai
chahat tou hai ek silsila ' yeh silsila kiokr rukay
chaltay rahay gaye silsilay inn pathron k shehar mai
Bethay raho konay mai tum Ikhlaas ki doulat liye
lut'tay rahay gaye qafilay inn pathron k shehar mai
kuch tou safar pur'peech hai ' kch Aabla Pa hum bhi hain
khojay gaye phir bhi rastay inn pathron k shehar mai
Rakhtay hain apni zaat mai chahat ka jo roshan hisaar
Aise bhi hain kuch daaiyray ' inn pathron k shehar mai
jo bhi kaho hum ko Durust kurhtay rahay ' chaltay rahay
sab kuch tumharay wastay ' inn pathron k shehar mai
