Ye tumhara sawaal kaisa hai
Puuchhte ho ke haal kaisa hai

Uss pal thi kyo.n teri soach gum
Ab tujh ko malaal kaisa hai

Ulajhe se hai.n ham jaane kaha.n
Ye roaz-e-visaal kaisa hai

Mere dil mei.n to ishq zinda hai
Tere dil mei.n khayal kaisa hai

Kahate they jaao meri bala se tum
Ab ye ashk-e-shalaal kaisa hai

Aaj wo sharminda hai, dekho to
Us Khuda ka kamaal kaisa hai

Kya wo hai yahi.n kahi.n ‘aamir’
zakhmo.n mei.n ubaal kaisa hai
