Hajaj Bin Yousaf ne 1 tabeeb se farmaish ki mujhe tibb ki kuch achi batein bataye
Tabeeb ne kaha

1. Gosht sirf jawan janwar ka khao
2. Jab dopahar ka khana khao to so jao aur shaam ka khana kha kar chalo, chahe tumhein kanton per chalna pare
3. Jab tak pait ki pehli ghaza hazam na kar lo, doosra khana na khao
4. Jab tak baitulkhala na jao, sone k liye bister per na jao
Phallon (fruits) k nai mausam mein phall khao, jab mausam jane lage to phall khana chor do
