Masroof hai din raat usey waqt kahan hai
wo mujh sai kare baat usey waqt kahan hai

Betabi e dil ka usey andaza nahi hai
samjhe mere jazbaat usey waqt kahan hai

wo puchay meri aankh sai behte howe aansu
aay rang e barsat usey waqt kahan hai

bhuley sai hee wo puchney aa jaye mere haal
aay gardish e halat usey waqt kahan hai

moojon main tarapta howa main doob raha hoo
thamey wo mera hath usey waqt kahan hai………
