MohabbatoN pe buhut aitmaad kya kerna

bhula chuke haiN usay phir se yaad kya kerna ??

woh bewafa hii sahii uss pe tuhmateiN kaisi

zara sii baat pe itna fasaad kya kerna

kuch isliye bhii maiN paspa hua hooN maqtal meiN

k behr-e-maal-e-ghaneemat jihaad kya kerna

mukhalifoN se to mumkin hai dostii apni

munafiqoN se magar ittehaad kya kerna

nigaah meiN jo utarta hai dil se kyuN utray

dil-o-nigaah meiN paida tazaad kya kerna

maiN isliye usay ab tak na chu saka Mohsin

woh aaina hai usay sung'zaad kya kerna
