shayad rishte bas itne hi hote han

k aankh khulli or khwabb jese lagte han

wo jin per ham krte han kabi buht maan

jane kab khone lagte han khud apni hi pechaan

doore bhaaghe jis anghan ma, sara bachpan sari jawani

bas kuchh pal, or sab ban jata ha bas aik kahani

us ghar ma ab jau tu wo apna nahi lagta hai

us ki dewaare ajnabi, us ka saya b praya lagta ha

apno ka praya ho jana kyn dukh itna deta ha

dost nae mill b jae, dill un ki yadoo ko samoe rakhta ha
