Tumhein kia khabar mere haal ki
Mere dard ki, mere malaal ki
Ye mere khayal ka silsila kisi yaad se mila hua
Usey dekhna use sochna meri zindagi ka hai faisla
Ye ussi ki palkon k saaye hain
Meri rooh mein jo utar gai
Ye junoon-e-manzil-e-ishq hai
Jo chale to jaan se guzar gai
Mujhe is muqaam per chorna
Hai ye bewafai ki inteha
Ye khafat hai jaise khuli qaza
Yehi sukh ka saans main loon sada
Jinhain tumhari deed ki pyas thi
Wo katorey naino se bhar gai
Ye junoon-e-manzil-e-ishq hai
Jo chale to jaan se guzar gai
