Phir say phool khilnay may..

Waqt thorra lagta hay..

Khizaa'n k laut jaanay may..
Bahaar ko manaanay may..

Waqt thorra lagta hay..

Tootay huey khuwabo'n ki..
Kirchiyaa'n uthaanay may..
Aur phir zakhmi haatho'n say..
Gulsitaa'n sajaanay may..

Waqt thorra lagta hay..

Taveel-tar safar k ba'd..
Manzilo'n ko paanay may..
Raiza raiza ho kar phir..
Khud mai'n laut aanay may..

Waqt thorra lagta hay..

Kisi azeez hasti ko..
Dil say bhool janay may..
Aur bhooli baato'n ko..
Phir say yaad aanay may..

Waqt thorra lagta hay..

Bhoolay bhatkay rasto'n say..
Ghar ko laut jaanay may..
Phir diya jalaanay may..
Teergi mitaanay may..

Waqt thorra lagta hay..

Faaslay mitaanay may..
Qurbatai'n barrhaanay may..
Aik ajnabi ko phir..
Zindagi banaanay may..

Waqt thorra lagta hay !!
