Main khud zameen mera zarf aasmaan ka hai
K toot kar bhi mera hosla chataan ka hai..

Bura na Maan mere hurf-o-lafz zehr sahi
Main kya karun k yehi zaaiqa zabaan ka hai..

Meri sanjeedgi mashhoor hai zamaane mein
Meri khaamoshi bhi Pehlu mere bayaan ka hai..

Har ek ghar pe musallat hai dil ki veeraani
Tamaam sheher pe saaya mere makaan ka hai..

Bichhar k us se main bas es liye nahi bikhra
Wo keh gaya tha yehi waqt terey imtehaan ka hai..!!
