Kabhi Barishen barasti hain
Tu Mujko yad ata hai
Wo aksar mujsay kehta tha
"Muhabbat ek Barish hai"
Sabhi pay jo barasti hai
Magar phir bhe nahi hoti
Sabhi kay wastay yaksaan
Kisi kay wastay Rahat
Kisi kay wastay Zehmat
Mai aksar sochti hun ab
Wo mujh say thek kehta tha
"Muhabbat ek Barish hay"
Sabhi pay jo barasti hai
Kabhi muj pay bhe barsi thi
Magar Mairy liye Barish
Kabhi na ban saki Rahat
Ye Rahat kiu nahi banti?
Kabhi Mai khud say pochon tu
Ye Dil deta dohaei hai
Kabhi kachy Makanoo ko bhi Barish raas aei hai?
