Wrenched vacant eyes from empty racks.

Snatched from eyes teary dreams,
baked an armada of valor’s realms.

Bits of earth in frenzy snatch.
Wanton ways they will not latch.

Nailed to chimera is breath afloat.
Of puny riches the mortals gloat.

Tenures tumble in bargain days.
Like rotting ships in sheltered bays.

From crows nest the rags weep.
Blown by winds to waters deep.

Bob and drift in brandished lie.
Sobs and hiccups brazen die.

Lost in pages yellowed tomes.
Ghost of Genghis, arisen roams.

A blink away from Tariq’s boats.
To tinder burn my watery moats.

Softly hands that hold our wheels.
Training virtues hard on deals.

To my bleeding heart and apple eye.
The sleeping dogs shall let them bye.
