Cut Ur nails in Sunnat way :
On Friday
Start from right hand
1=Four Finger (Shahadat wali finger)
2=Middle
3=Ring
4=Small
Then Left hand
5=small Finger
6=Ring
7=Middle
8=Fore finger
9=Thumb
10= Right hand Thumb
Scientific benefit:
This act of yours can normalize ur blood prasure
Control ur body soger lavel
