Lab-e-Khamosh se izhaar-e-tamanna chahe
baat karane ko bhi tasvir ka lahaja chahe

tu chale sath to ahat bhi na aye apni
daramiyaan ham bhi na ho yun tujhe tanha chahe

zahiri ankhon se kya dekh sakega koi
apne baaton pe bhi ham faash hona chaahe
