Recipe Ingredients

Chicken strips 8-19
Eggs 4
Corn flour 6 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Maida 6 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chinese salt 1 tsp
Oil as required
Bread crumbs ½ cup
Spice mixture powder ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Vinegar 2 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Lemon 1

Recipe Method


Beat 4 eggs and 6 tsp of corn flour , 1 tsp of salt , 1 tsp of Chinese salt ,2 tsp of red chili, ½ spice mixture ,1/2 tsp of white pepper, 2 tbsp of vinegar, 2 tbsp of soya sauce , 1 tsp of mustard and 1 lemon and make batter nicely.
Dip the chicken strips in batter and then place in bread crumbs and then allow to deep fry. When turn to golden then dish out finger chicken.
Serve it with ketchup or garlic sauce
