Ingredients:
Chicken 1
Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp
Hoisen Sauce 2 tbsp
Suree Siracha Sauce 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander 4 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Onion, Mint As required
Method:
1. To chicken pieces add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste and 4 tbsp whisked yogurt. Along with this add 2 tbsp of roasted sesame seeds,Suree Siracha Sauce, Hoisen Sauce , 4 tbsp fresh coriander and 1 tbsp oil. Mix everything well and leave the chicken to marinate for 1 hour.
2. Then bake the chicken at 180 C for 40 minutes. Turn sides after half an hour.
3. In the end garnish with onion and mint and serve.
