and the line abt running in circles reminds me Amjad Islam Amjad's poem. He says:
" Hum Loag Dayero'n Main Chaltay hain
Dayero'n Main Chalne se Dayeray Tou Bhartay hain
Faaslay Nahi Ghat'tay
Dard Bharta Jaata hay
Faasley nahi Ghat'tay"
I guess he is trying to portray somehow the same feeling and emotion!

I have never heard of this poem...but bhut achi haay...
I just thought I open up a bit...Kuch songs asay hain out there jin kaay lyrics are a window meray heart main jhankay kaay liyay...I'll try sharing some of those great lyrics...Thanks for your comments
