Makes 5-6 Shawarmas
Ingredients:

For the chicken-
300-500 gms boneless chicken cut into small pieces.
1 flat tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
half tsp red chilli powder
half tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tsp herb mix/italian seasoning
A pinch of cumin powder
A pinch of coriander powder

Method-
In a pan heat 2-3 tbsp oil and add the chicken. Add all the spices one by one and cook the chicken till the water dries out and the chicken turns golden and crisp.

For the garlic mayo-
In a cup of mayo add 3-4 crushed garlic cloves and mix well.

For the fries-
Cut 2-3 potatoes in french fry shaped strips and soak them in chilled water for about half an hour. Deep fry them in oil and then add salt as per taste.

Veggies-

Chopped cucumber.
Chopped tomatoes (with the pulp removed)
Olives (optional) I used black olives.
Lettuce. (I didnt get any in the market so had to skip it)
Pickled carrot, cucumber, jalapenos.(optional)

For the roti-
300-400 gms All purpose flour/maida
3/4 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp ghee.

Mix the salt, flour and ghee and knead the dough using water. Roll out the rotis and cook them on a tawa.

Method of assembling:

Apply the garlic mayo generously on the roti. Mix the chicken, french fries and the veggies and then lay them in the roti and roll it. Now heat the roll once again on the tawa till its slightly crisp. Serve hot with french fries and pickles on the side.
