Ingredients Beef 1 ½ kg Green chillies 10 to 15 Soya sauce 1 tsp Corn flour 1 tsp Black pepper crushed 1 tsp White pepper 1 tsp Sugar 1 tsp White flour with chicken cube 1 tsp White vinegar 2 tbsp Garlic 8 cloves Salt as required Oil 4 tbsp Sesame oil few drops Method: Cut the beef into thin strips with a sharp knife. To prepare the marinade add salt, sugar, black pepper, white pepper, Soya sauce, vinegar, corn flour and white flour. Marinate the beef strips with the marinade for ½ an hour. Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the beef till the water dries. In a separate pan heat 1tbsp oil and stir fry the green chilies. Now mix in the beef and fry for 4-5 minutes. Add a few drops of sesame oil. Dish out and serve.
