Woh mere Alfaz se heraan rehta tha
Mei uske Zauq se pareshan rehta tha

Bewafa to keh dia tha Sar-e-Aam us ne
Phir najane kion khud he Pasheman rehta tha

Suna hai k poocha tha kisi ne mere bare mei us se
Kaha us ne k han dil me ek Nadaan rehta tha

Faraz hum kaise uski Ruswai karain
Jis per kabhi hamara Eeman rehta tha...

Kabhi zindagi me kisik liay mut rona**
q k vo''tumhare ansoun k kabil nahi ho ga''
or ''vo'' jo is ''kabil'' ho ga vo tumhe ''rone'' nahi de ga''*****
