Is se pahale ke bevafaa ho jaayein
Kyon na ai dost ham judaa ho jaayein

Tuu bhii hiire se ban gayaa patthar
Ham bhii kal kyaa se kyaa ho jaayein

Ham bhii majabuuriyon kaa uzr karein
Aur kahiin aur mubtalaa ho jaayein

Ishq bhii khel hai nasiibon kaa
Khaak ho jaayein kimiyaa ho jaayein

Ab ke gar tuu mile to ham tujh se
Aise lipatein terii qabaa ho jaayein

Bandagii ham ne chhod dii hai 'Faraz'
Kyaa karein log jab Khudaa ho jaayein

Life is so sweet but still sad.
