Crispy Cheesy Fried Breakfast Sandwich

A very simple quick breakfast yet so tasty that i am making it since years and still don’t have enough of it : )
4 slices of white sandwich bread
4 cheese slices
Jam to taste
Soft Butter/Margarine as needed.

-first of all spread soft butter or margarine on both sides of the bread
-scrape off the extra; it shouldn’t be too buttery : )
-now heat a frying pan on a medium flame
-just fry the slice on the low heat, only then they will get the crisp
-keep in mind the slice should be crispy and gold not dark brown
-place a piece of slice on one side of the bread as soon as you have taken it out from the frying pan
-let the other slice cool down a bit and then spread jam of ur choice on it
-I use the raspberry jam it’s simply divine : )
-your sandwich is ready to eat : )
-see so very simple yet a total darling sandwich : )
