Sakhawat ka namood afroz manzar hi nahi aaya
Sakhi baithe rahe koi gadagar hi nahi aaya

Ye socha tha teri khatir koi moti nikalon ga
Main jis raste main tha us main samandar hi nahi aaya

Pehan ker aaine phirti rahi deewangi apni
Tamana thi boht jis ki wo pathar hi nahi aaya

Bharen bail'en,jhare pat'te lage jaale dreechon per
Makeen aisa gaya ghar se palat ker hi nahi aaya

Chamak jis ki bula leti auqabon ko nasheman se
Fizaon main koi aisa kabooter hi nahi aaya

Dafeeno ki tarha dil main khazane reh gaye saare
Samander kya kare koi shana'wer hi nahi aaya

Diya hi jab nahi ho ga,hawa kis ko bhujaye gi
Chiragh-e-raah main ab k jala ker hi nahi aaya
